About Us
Co-directors Elaine Frank, MSW, and Denise Rowe, BA, are clinical social workers, infant mental health and child development specialists, and parent educators. We were on the faculty of the Medical College of Pennsylvania (now Drexel University College of Medicine) for 15 years.
Our affiliations include the World Association for Infant Mental Health, the National Center for Clinical Infant Programs, and the Delaware Valley Adoption Council. In June 2014, we presented our work at the 14th World Congress on Infant Mental Health in Edinburgh, Scotland.
